Ordering Terms & Conditions

  1. The part number and description of each item is required when ordering.
  2. If a part number is unknown or not listed in the Parts Catalog, the make and model number of the unit on which parts are to be used is required when ordering.
  3. LIMITED WARRANTY: Thermo Engine Supply warrants all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from date of shipment. Our extent of liability is limited to replacement of the defective part. No other warranty is either expressed or implied. No warranty is made against deterioration or corrosion after shipment. This warranty does not cover consequential damages.
  4. TERMS OF SALE: Terms of Sale are net 30/10th prox to customers that have established an open account with us. Overdue accounts will be charged 2% Finance Charge monthly for all past due amounts. All new accounts will be C.O.D. until credit has been checked and approved. We will be glad to provide you with a credit application upon request. Collection and/or legal expenses incurred by Thermo Engine Supply to enforce collection of unpaid merchandise and related charges will be for account of the delinquent customer.
  5. All Manufacturers part numbers used in Price List or Catalog are for reference only.
  6. RETURNED GOODS: Written authorization must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. This authorization and a copy of the invoice must accompany parts on their return. Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge.
  7. Possession of our Catalog or Price List by any person is not to be considered as an offer to sell to that person or anyone else.
  8. SPECIAL ORDERS: All items special ordered for a customer will be considered non-cancellable.
  9. SERVICE CHARGE: A minimum of $10.00 Service Charge will be added to any order that requires Thermo Engine Supply to deliver the package to the carrier.
  10. SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Thermo Engine Supply cannot guarantee same day shipping on any orders received after 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).
  11. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: All goods are shipped at buyer's risk FOB our dock Garden Grove, CA. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of goods in good order to the carrier. All goods should be examined carefully by the buyer before the transportation receipt is signed. If material is received in bad condition, the buyer should require the agent of the transportation company to make a notation of delivery condition on freight bill and immediately file a damage claim with the delivering carrier.
  12. All shipments will be insured to protect customers interest unless customer returns a signed statement requesting that shipments not be insured and that customer understands that all lost or damaged shipments are the responsibility of the customer. The charges for this insurance will be included in the shipping and handling charges and must be paid by customer unless the appropriate signed statement is returned and on file with Thermo Engine Supply.
  13. Any instance of an item missing from a package that is not damaged must be reported to Thermo Engine Supply within 48 hours of receipt of shipment from carrier. If an item is missing from a damaged package, report this loss to the carrier.
